Description

This Henry Single Shot break-open rifle features a matte blued barrel and magazine tube. The 22-inch barrel is chambered for the .44 Remington Magnum cartridge, and fitted with a fully adjustable folding leaf rear sight and brass bead front sight. The receiver is drilled and tapped for the shooter's choice of mount or rings, and features a barrel locking lever on top. The American Walnut stock features a curved pistol grip and solid rubber recoil pad. While the action has no manual safety, it incorporates a rebounding hammer that cannot touch the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled The action's interlock system does not allow the barrel to open if the hammer is cocked or allow the barrel to close if the hammer is cocked while it's open. Quick to load or unload, safe to carry and simple to operate. Simply put, the Henry Single Shot break-open rifle is born to hunt and ready to work hard.
