Most internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.
Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
Order confirmation, Product Availability will be provided via email after the order is processed.
Tracking Numbers will be available on our website after the order has been processed and assigned a tracking number. Go to the Login Section of our website and select the option to track an existing order.

Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will be added on the shopping cart page automatically. Once the item is in your cart, the shipping charge you see is all you will be required to pay for the selected method of shipping.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. A physical address is required for UPS and FedEx.
We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases this may delay stated delivery dates.

Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
2-3-Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing
Next Day Air: Not currently available online. Please call for availability and pricing. Actual shipping costs will be charged for Next Day Air services.
Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days.
Standard Shipping Rates:
$4.99 Shipping: Orders placed online have a $4.99 shipping charge when shipped Ground. This does not include additional shipping and handling for oversized or bulky items.
Items Requiring Additional Shipping Charges will have the additional shipping charge information available on the Item Detail page. The charges will automatically be added in the Shopping Cart. Once you put the item in your cart, the shipping charge is all you will be charged for the selected method of shipping.
2-3 Day Express is $29.99. This does not include additional shipping and handling for oversized or bulky items.
FREE Standard Shipping:
Refers to the $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping charge only, does not apply to 2-3 Day Express.
Bulky or Oversized Item Charges still apply.
If FREE Standard Shipping is used as a coupon code, your Order will be credited $4.99. The credit will show on the cart page and will be a line item on your invoice.
Some items are always shipped Free and are only available for Standard Shipping, not 2-3 Day Express.
Reasons for Additional Shipping and Handling Charges:
Any additional shipping and handling charges will automatically be added in the Shopping Cart.
All rods will incur an additional $6 per rod shipping and handling charge.
Oversized or Bulky items, including bulk lead and mojos, may incur additional shipping and handling charges.
High Value items will require additional shipping and handling charges for insurance.
Anything requiring additional shipping and handling will have a statement about the additional charge on each product’s Item Detail page and will already be reflected in the Shipping field in the Shopping Cart.

Order Confirmation does not occur when the sale is submitted online. Order Confirmation occurs after the order is received, pulled and after additional shipping and handling charges have been assessed.
2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, sosomeone needs to be there to sign for the package. If this type of shipping is your choice, then you may use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3 Day service, are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
We do not ship to any International destination.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Virginia Residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders.

Green Top only allows one re-ship per order if we have made a mistake in shipping. If the wrong item was ordered, but shipped correctly, Green Top will refund the purchase price of the item only.
FREE Shipping- will always refer to free ground/standard shipping only. Any additional, per item, shipping costs will still be added to you order, at the time of your order. 2-3 Day shipping options will still be available, but will not be a free service.
