Returns & Replacements

We are happy to receive returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days after shipping, in accordance with the terms described below.  Merchandise that is returned for refund or exchange must be in new and in unused condition.  The original receipt and all packaging must be returned with the merchandise for a full refund of purchase price or exchange.  We may reject your return if any items are missing (such as instruction manuals or accessories) or may charge a fee to replace those items.  Electronic items, DVDs, and certain other items will incur a 15% restocking fee.  All mouth calls are non-returnable.  If you have any questions about whether your item will incur a restocking fee or is returnable, please call us directly 804-550-2188.

All items that you believe are defective are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.  Defective items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and all materials inside the package, including but not limited to instruction manuals, accessories and parts.  Defective DVDs will be exchanged only for the same item within 30 days.  Defective electronic items should be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

All returns require a return authorization from us.  Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return.  We will email you a return shipping label for you to affix to the original box that your order came in.  You will then take the box to your nearest UPS Store and they will send it to us.  If you do not live near a UPS Store, then please call UPS and request a pick-up and they will send it to us.  All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges:
