Green Top Sporting Goods only sells firearms in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. As a company policy, we will only transfer firearms to brick and mortar retailers with valid and current Federal Firearms License’s (FFL’s), not to individuals with FFL’s or online only businesses.

To Purchase Firearms Online:

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.

All firearms will be shipped to a brick and mortar retailer with a valid and current FFL.

Here is an easy check list of actions that you must take to complete any firearms purchase:

1. Verify that the firearm you wish to purchase from Green Top Sporting Goods meets the laws of your state, county, or city.
2. Complete your firearm purchase online.
1. If you do not receive an email order status update within a few hours please call 804-550-1730 or email our Manager of Internet Sales.
2. You will get another email when your order ships and you will be able to track your order through our website.
3. Find an FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other retail location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction
1. Here is a link to some FFL dealers in your area. Remember to ask whether they are a brick and mortar retail store, because we do not ship to individuals with FFL’s.
4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Green Top Sporting Goods. The transfer of the firearm is between you and the FFL holder. You must abide by their procedures especially when it comes to following Federal, State and Local laws.
1. You must confirm the transfer with your local FFL holder. They will most likely charge a transfer fee so please ask them how much they charge.
5. Fill out our Transfer Form
1. Fill out the form online and save it to your computer, then e-mail to us at bill.tune@greentophuntfish.com.
2. You may also print the form and fax it to us at 804-550-2693
3. Please give a copy of this form to the FFL holder in your area that will complete the transfer.
4. If you would like to mail your Transfer Form to us, you may do so to this address:

6. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you will need to pick it up. Upon arrival at your FFL holder, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork.

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition. Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase most long guns and 21 years or older to purchase handguns. Some states have differing laws for sporting/semi-automatic rifles, so please check with your local firearms dealer. This is not a comprehensive list of restrictions. Please check your local, state and federal laws before ordering firearms. We will charge you actual shipping costs if you have to return a firearm that you can not legally own.
